Gunther Torriani is a commercial real estate professional with over twenty five years of experience in loss mitigation, asset management and disposition.  He is currently engaged in business development for Resivest Realty, a boutique brokerage, investment and management company offering solutions to clients with underperforming real estate.

Previously, Torriani was with Bayview Asset Management in Coral Gables, Florida.  During his ten year tenure, he managed portfolios of commercial properties and maintained relationships with real estate brokers, investors and property managers.  As a Senior REO Manager, his duties included the preservation, marketing and disposition of commercial properties with emphasis on stabilizing distressed scenarios and adding value.  As a Senior Commercial Asset Manager, his duties included all aspects of the collections, foreclosure and bankruptcy processes with emphasis on default resolutions and loss mitigation.

Prior to joining Bayview, Torriani was with Berkshire Realty Advisors in Boston, MA and was engaged in the acquisition, renovation and operation of apartment communities in South Florida.  Torriani is a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
