With close to 20 years experience in real estate, Leo Delgado has knowledge in various areas of the South Florida market. From valuing over  a billion dollars in property to leading a team of analysts underwriting commercial real estate , Mr. Delgado has a tremendous understanding of commercial, investment, and residential real estate. Hired at the inception of Silver Hill Financial, he saw its growth from $0 in total lending to $100MM per month.  He implemented critical changes to the underwriting criteria to ensure the company and department goals were aligned and mentored the junior analysts to grow within their position.  

His most recent position as Vice President of Acquisitions for Invitation Homes, Mr. Delgado, handpicked for his local knowledge and ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, he was charged with building a team and creating a platform to acquire single family homes in the South Florida market.  Through an aggressive acquisitions plan, in 9 short months the South Florida office acquired more than 1,300 homes with a pipeline to close an additional 300 homes. Mr. Delgado has the distinct honor to have been appointed Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board of Miami Dade County from 2009 to 2013.
